Attention to Detail
We supply guests with Kelly Hoppen bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries from l'Occitane and high quality suncream. Afternoon tea & cakes are prepared, the fire is set & the hot tub warm & bubbling for your return after the day's activities.
Chalet Host
In addition to providing a highly professional and friendly service, your host can help with lift pass and ski equipment hire during the winter months. He will also be able to advise on extra activities and available Guides or suggest the best places to ski and have lunch on the mountain.
Transport
In winter, the chalet has a dedicated minibus and driver and offers daily transport to and from the resort of your choice. Other transport can easily be arranged using either the Chalet Merlo vehicle or locally booked taxis and helicopters.
Chef
Fine dining is part of the Chalet Merlo experience and our fully trained chef will provide 4 course gourmet meals with unlimited high quality house wines on 6 nights out of 7 during the winter months. If you prefer to pre-plan menus or have special dietary requirements this can be arranged in advance of your stay.
